Sources, timing, and interpretation

Listings: Realtor.com® Economic Research. Census: U.S. Census Bureau ACS five-year survey estimates, not single-day counts. Prices: selected source and property type, shown on each record. Asking prices are not closed-sale prices.

Latest combines provider periods. As-of filtering uses actual ACS releases, but assumed availability for listings (15th of following month) and prices (March 1 of following year). Annual features use December 31 cutoffs, not latest observations. These are revised historical snapshots, not a point-in-time archive.

Missing and bounded values are not zero and are not mapped as exact amounts. ACS MOEs are 90% confidence margins; derived ratios may not have propagated MOEs. Geography vintages can differ, especially for ZIP/ZCTA growth and modern county equivalents. No automatic refresh, trained forecast, or claim of complete coverage is provided.
